 JOVIAN JUBERT S. DUMLAO B.A., University of Philippines; Master of Public Administration, University of the Philippines; L.l.B., University of the Philippines Mr. Dumlao was recently admitted to the Philippine Bar. Previously, Mr. Dumlao worked as a volunteer researcher at Davide Watch Book Project and a volunteer watcher at the Ombudsman Court Watch Project, Office of the Ombudsman and also as an Investigation Officer of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency of the Office of the President and Lecturer-Instructor at the National Intelligence Training Center at the Office of the President.
